Paul Reynolds

Paul Reynolds is the Director of Business Development in Africa for Inchcape-MOENCA and also serves as a Senior Adviser for Rothschild Inc. He served previously as a Non-Executive Director of Middle East Investor Relations Association and as the Chairman of Middle East Investor Relations Society from 2009 to 2014.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University London United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK) Governing council.

Andrea Balongo

Andrea Balongo is a career banker and the current head of Treasury Sales at UBA Group Kenya. Andrea has held various positions in Treasury at Theodore Partners, Bank of Africa, KCB and the Middle East Bank in Kenya. He is an ACI-Certified FX Dealer and also served as Vice-Chairman of ACI-Kenya, an umbrella body for all Foreign Exchange and Money market dealers in Kenya.

He holds a Masters of Business Administration from USIU Nairobi and a Bachelor’s of Technology in Business degree (Finance Concentration) from Charleston Southern University (US).

Elizabeth Ndemo

Elizabeth Ndemo is a former banker who has worked in the Banking sector for over 20 years. She most recently served as the Deputy Managing Director of Bank of Africa charged with business development in Enterprise banking, Retail, Treasury, Institutional banking, Custody, Sales coordination and Marketing. As a member of the bank’s leadership, she contributed strategic thought to the medium and long term goals to help the bank achieve its objectives. She also worked at Cooperative Bank of Kenya where she served as the Chief Manager for Corporate Banking and Trade Finance.

She is currently a Director at Refuge Group of companies where she is responsible for the overall strategy of the company and ensuring deliverables are met.

Elizabeth Ndemo holds an MBA degree from the University of Orange Free State South Africa, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, a Diploma in Customer Relation Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and an Advanced Diploma in Omega, the gold standard qualification in credit risk management.

Danielle Callaway

Danielle Callaway is a Former Fulbright Fellow and Management and Strategy Consultant with more than ten years of experience in supporting business growth in Sub-Saharan Africa. Danielle is currently the Head of E-Commerce for Lynk in Kenya and was previously the Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Kenya, a US based real estate brand

Danielle is experienced with start-ups, strategy development, government lobbying and has organized strategic corporate events including investor/government roundtables and trainings.

Danielle holds an Honors B.A. degree from Williams College in Massachusetts, USA.

Isaiah Mworia

Isaiah Mworia is a career accountant having served as Finance Director at National Bank of Kenya Limited. Isaiah has served in varying capacities within the accounting profession as a senior Auditor with Bellhouse Mwangi & Company Certified Public Accountants and as Chief Accountant at Kenya National Capital Corporation Limited before joining National Bank of Kenya. Isaiah holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option) degree from The University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (Kenya).

Andrew Wachira Gichu

Andrew Wachira Gichu is a lawyer by profession with a Bachelor’s of Law degree from the University of Nairobi. Andrew has served as the Head of Compliance and Legal at the Nairobi Securities Exchange before serving as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and the Business Development and Commercial Director.

In his most recent role, Andrew served as the Managing Director for the Kenya Planters Co-operative Union Limited (KPCU).

Rogito Nyangeri

Rogito Nyangeri has 15 years' experience in financial services. He is a serial entrepreneur and advisor to businesses in Africa.

Rogito is an Eisenhower Fellow, a Chartered Member of the CISI and a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya.

He was previously an Entrepreneur-In-Residence in the Antler VC programme, a member of the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative and a member of the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges Green Finance Advisory Group.

He holds an MA (Distinction) in Islamic Banking & Finance.

Rogito is an alumnus of the Executive Education programmes at Columbia Business School and Cornell University.

Eugene Banja

Eugene Banja has actuarial training holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi and a holder of several passes of the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries exams.

He has also worked extensively in the Kenyan Financial services industry with roles working for The Nairobi Securities Exchange as they set up the country’s first Exchange traded derivatives market, and Treasurer at The African Guarantee Fund.

He holds a Diploma in Bank Treasury Risk Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Derivatives and Financial Markets (Middlesex University). Eugene Banja is in charge of leading Strategy and product design at Kilya Capital.

Nick Ndeda

Nick Ndeda is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and The Managing Partner of Nick Ndeda and Associates Advocates, a law firm based in Nairobi. Nick has previously worked at Ecobank Kenya where he was involved in multimillion dollar syndicated transactions on behalf of the Bank. He was also in charge of all bank litigation including remedial and non-remedial matters.

As Managing Partner, he handles all commercial clients preparing legal advice, preparing legal opinions, drafting and concluding various transactions including; leases, transfers, charges, discharge, surrender, guarantees and debentures, pledges and letters of set-off.
